Personal Care That’s Actually Personal

We meet with each resident and their family prior to moving in for a special care assessment. Based on each resident’s unique care needs and preferences, the Sunrise team develops an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) to provide personalized assistance with certain tasks such as bathing, dressing, medication management, grooming and other activities, depending on the specific needs of the resident.

Each resident’s plan is regularly reviewed for any necessary adjustments as personal care needs evolve.

Skilled Nursing at Elders Paradise

Respite care for the elderly is a short-term stay at a senior living community. It is often suggested for seniors who are recovering from a hospital visit or other health circumstance. It’s also available when a caregiver takes an extended vacation or for a senior living trial period. Depending on the community, our respite care services are available for a variety of care levels, including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

We offer a 30-day program, the Road Home Program*, specifically designed for guests coming to Sunrise directly from a hospital or rehabilitation center. The Road Home Program provides nursing and rehabilitation assistance both during an illness and after a hospital visit. From medication management to around-the-clock care, you will experience all of the additional services that aid in a full, speedy recovery.
