Shweta Sharma

Shweta is a very jolly and warm person with 9+ years of experience in management. With an engineering background and an ambition of working in senior living, she strongly believes in making an elderly’s life meaningful and special in some or the other way. She passes on this vision and value to each of her team member. Having worked for 4 years with an eminent Elder Care home, as an on-boarding and Customer Relations person, she now leads the Sales and Operations at PARADISE.

As a leader, she is approachable and believes in empowering her team. She is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and doesn’t miss a chance to groove on her favorite Bollywood number!

Bipin Babu

Clinical Manager Bipin is our clinical head and in-charge of supervising care plans and activity schedules for each resident. Known as the ‘big brother’ of the team, Bipin is a hardworking nurse with more than 10 years of experience in administrative nursing and manages the clinical operations at Paradise Grande- the Elderhome. He is trained and certified in Dementia sense from Switzerland, an expert in managing seniors with dementia and psychiatric conditions.

Bipin has a warm personality and stays cool under pressure. He is a creative person and loves gardening. He loves building relationships and emotional connection with the residents and their families.

Dr. Vivek Gaur

Dr. Vivek Gaur (PT) is co-founder of Curativo Clinic and works as a consulting physiotherapist at the clinic. After his 4.6 years of Bachelor’s program in Physiotherapy, Dr. Vivek has done his 2 years post graduation in physiotherapy where he specialized in Neurological Disorders and Rehabilitation. His clinical interests are in vestibular disorders, stroke rehab, Parkinson’s and head injury rehab. He has written several research articles and has compiled manuals of human anatomy and fracture manual of human body. He has also made an innovative learning program of clinical neurology for post graduate students of Neuroscience. In past, Dr. Vivek had been a Rhodes scholarship participant for John Radcliffe Hospital, University of Oxford. In the same year he was considered a doctoral research candidate for various labs at University of Cambridge and University College London (UK). Presently he runs a popular YouTube channel.

In his spare time Dr. Vivek likes to works out, read fiction, goes on adventure trips and commits himself to work for underprivileged kids of society.

Dr. Sagarika Mishra

Sagarika Mishra is an Emotional Wellness Coach and a Counselling Psychologist. She conducts online Emotional Wellness Coaching and Counselling session for individuals and organizations. She also conducts workshops in Emotional Wellness, Corporate Yoga and Meditation. Sagarika has worked in various roles from International Business Development Manager to Brand Sourcing Head, in organizations like SGS, TUV SUD South Asia, 99 Labels etc, with a total work experience of more than 12 years. Sagarika is ACC( Associate Certified Coach) by International Coach Federation and has completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology. She has practiced Clinical Psychology at Columbia Asia Hospital and is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is certified in Yogic Studies from Bihar School of Yoga. Sagarika’s expertise in multiple disciplines enables a holistic approach to corporate training.
